Our mission is to assist Youth in Tanzania especially the Poor, those with disabilities and those living in rural areas get basic access to information and resources which help them to realize their full potentials.

NICE was formed as a result of a series of discussions involving students from the University of Dar es Salaam who were trying to find out why majority of persons were not reaching/realizing their full potentials and instead involved themselves in uncultured behavior including sexual activities which result in Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs) including HIV.
